The Goke TMR feeding center consists of a central control system with PLC and IOT, fully integrating and managing the concentrate, roughage, liquids storage and loading systems, delivering a reliable, consistent and measurable feed mix to the delivery vehicles. The automatic or manual hay crushing and dust removal systems can also be included.
All of the components and equipment of the Goke Automatic TMR plant are customed designed following the requirements and the conditions of the farms.
Compared to the traditional TMR feeding mode, the feeding process efficiency can be increased by up to 50%, the labor rate can be increased by more than 30%, the saving of energy consumption is up to 20%, and the error of feed raw materials is greatly reduced to less than 2%. Only with the Goke Automatic TMR automated mixing system, is possible to be sure that the cattle are fed with almost 100% accuracy, attaining an optimized intake. In such a way that every time the same homogeneous fresh ration with the same fiber size, is fed to the animals.
